January 26, 2026 г. At a meeting of the software expert council under the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, a majority vote was taken to include the ETNI2 software product in the oficial register of Russian software.
The Commission classified this product under class 04.08 Integrated platforms for creating applications. Product code in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Type of Economic Activity 58.29.14 Development tools and software for programming languages on electronic media
The ETNI2 platform is a tool for building applications for a wide range of users. These applications are created for corporate clients and involve working with various databases, including SQL servers and desktop applications. ETNI2 runs on Windows and at least two national operating systems: Red OS and ROSA Cobalt. Registry entry #31856, dated January 26, 2026.
