20 May 2004 Silentium Company opened its representative is in Tashkent Uzbekistan. The main function of the representative is to coordinate cooperation between clients and developers at Uzbekistan territory. Development of programs will be leaded in Russia as before. The clients will get an additional service to support working systems, consultation about new products and technology offered by Silentium Company. The purpose of the representative is a promotion of the companys solutions, organization of presentation and looking new clients.

16-23 November 2003. The negotiations with Spanish partners where held In Palma city. It is about participation of Russian software developers in the international projects. There are meetings with business owners at The Balearic Islands, marketers, consultants, programmers of tourism industry there.

Possibilities and conditions for implementation of future projects in the field of HoReCa in Europe were identified. The long-term partnership agreement with MTSI (Mallorca Technologies System Innovation) was signed. The projects budget for 2004 year was jointly laid out

The Spain partner offered a name for a new company as “Silentium”. It is a Latin word translates as “silence” and means that the developing systems are functioning fully automatically. They do not need any personnel activity and as a result provided silence at the place of their operation.

14 October 2003 An office for the software company-developer has been opened in Ryazan city at Kuybishevskoe highway. The organization’s name is still not approved. Technical works are carried out. Local network is being laid. Necessary equipment and furniture are procured.

The following documents are been preparing software development directions, 3 year evolution plan for the company, requirements for candidates to work in the firm. The schedule mode is defined. The job positions list has been formed. It is less then 80 days remain before the end of the year.
