This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been adopted by LLC “Silentium” (INN 6230018300, OGRN 1056206013368) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152 FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and defines the procedure for processing the personal data of users of the Silentium website (silentium.ru)..

10. Measures to ensure the security of personal data

The operator takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal data: the connection to the website is protected by the HTTPS (TLS) protocol; access to the data is restricted; the server infrastructure is located in a data center within the Russian Federation; organizational and technical measures are applied as provided for in Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152 FZ, which prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

11. Cross-border transfer

Cross border transfer of personal data is not carried out. All data is processed and stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation; fonts and custom scripts are loaded only from the website’s own domain.
