The new portal IPS “KONI-3”
17 june 2019 A new version of IPS “KONI-3” portal of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of horse breeding is put into operation. The first realization of the eponymous Windows application started 9 years ago just in June 2010 Since then more and more new features have been added. All major groups of breeding horses of the Russian Federation were placed there.
Besides the thoroughbred breeds, trotter breeds trials data collecting was supplied. An automatic processing of electronic payments has provided. A selection of nicknames was made for horses. Integration with federal services (KLADR, FIAS) and with Information Analytical System of Joint-Stock Company “Russian Hippodromes” was ensured. GEO-processing of analytical data has organized and much more.
By the beginning of last year it became obvious that the old resource no longer meets the modern requirements of the development of Internet technologies and requires radical code refactoring, both of the appearance and the internal mechanisms for large volumes of information processing.
Our company has released a new version of this portal. Many sections were newly created (horse card, trails, mating activity, pedigree line, family). A cardinal optimization of both database queries and intermediate layer algorithms responsible for translation into European languages has been carried out.
As a result of all efforts, a completely new resource with a modern design and adaptive layout for mobile applications has been obtained. The system continues to evolve. We plan to make further improvements in it.

The project protection at EEC
24 December 2018 ã. Moscow. The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The project “Development of methods for assessing the breeding value of dairy cattle, beef cattle and pigs productivity”. In the framework of this project, together with the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of pedigree affair (Russia), the Scientific Information Center for Livestock and Veterinary Medicine (Kazakhstan), the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Selicom LLC (Russia), Bene Consulting Group (Russia), Silentium Company presented a web-portal and a united database of breeding animals, including the index of breeding and genetic evaluation, obtained by the BLUP method, providing for the collection of data in the EAEU countries.
The developed product is called the ISEBH EAEU - “Information System for Evaluation of Breeding Herds in the Eurasian Economic Union”. It is compatible with existing software used to account dairy and beef cattle, pigs, which common in the countries of the economic union.
Our programmers created a special resource www.blup.su. It provides opportunity to analyze obtained calculated results, to rank animals, to track pedigrees and to display various reports. Considerable work has been done on the standardization of transmitted information. The document “Data transfer format” was agreed and approved. Data transmitting centers were connected in Moscow, Ryazan, Minsk and Astana

Silentium Company Anniversary 15 years
14 October 2018 ã. Silentium Company is 15 years old. This day in 2003 an office was opened at 21 Kuibeshivskoe highway. Since the firm did not stop its activity of the new projects development, working programs support, users consulting, releasing of the new instruments for software products design.
This time three general products of the firm were created. These are ETNI Platform, ETNI Fly, MiniWeb2 as universal tools for the custom systems creating for clients needs. Every year, development has shifted more and more towards web applications. Free ETNI Fly product in 2012 became the link between Windows applications and cloud services. The development for smartphones started in 2015 as part of cross-platform solutions. There has been a gradual transition from commercial development tools Delphi, Oracle to the free software PHP, Firebird and mySQL.
There were changes among the company's customers. If at first they were mostly commercial firms, then further they were joined by factories and scientific institutions. A number of projects in the field of agriculture have been carried out: poultry, horse breeding, pig breeding, as well as in the Ryazan region.
The geography of the company's clients has expanded. Our software products have stepped beyond the Urals. They are running in the south of Russia. The new systems work, including at the republican level (The Republic of Bashkortostan, Udmurt Republic), at the level of the Russian country (All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of pedigree affair, All-Russian Research Institute of Horse Breeding, Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation). We actively propose standards for international cooperation.

The new version of MiniWeb2 platform
18 August 2018 The new version 2.3 of MinWeb2 platform for Internet systems implementation is released. This software product our company first released in 2014. For the last four years the platform is used constantly in the new projects and has undergone a number of additions and improvements.
Existing mechanisms for web-systems design were boosted. Data source functions were expanded (import from outside, some new field switches). Roles granting made at the location of entity settings. Menu designer with access control was added.
For high loaded systems there is a possibility to turn on optionally process logging in it A measurement of the total elapsed time is provided for each entity. Logs uploading into database, their filtering are specified. Also there is a comparative analysis to further optimization of performance for the developed system there.
A new block for documentation generating with PDF and HTML format is created. It allows people to manage large enough systems, to publish actual documentation fast and to control the kernel settings both by a project manager as by a customer. These and many more features of the new version you can learn in the manual which is currently in the process of writing.

The hippodromes integration
30 May 2018 Within horse breeding evolution in Russian Federation our company launch a project as integration between PLC Roshippodromes and All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Horse Breeding (VNIIK)
Together with The Central Moscow Hippodrome, company-developer “Poponium-Arts” and IT service of VNIIK were designed standards for this industry: exchange data format, information transfer protocol. By the end of 2017 the technical requirements were compiled and approved by all the project participants.
It is implied that the Institute automatically transfers all necessary data of the horses (and their ancestors) which tested on the hippodromes. All legally relevant information is also provided (change of ownership, import/export, chipping and so on). This information is available through a web-based service. For their part, hippodromes, through the same data exchange mechanisms, provide data on the most recent tests conducted to date.
Finally all Russian hippodromes are to be connected to this web-service. Since the beginning of 2018, VINNK data has been continuously transmitting to The Central Moscow Hippodrome and since this year spring all tests have been adding into Institute database. 30 May 2018 the trial operation of the integration system started in VNIIK.

6-8 December 2017 Three days business session is held “Business-architect School”. The session covers the study of management for modern enterprise system, practical supply the idea of process approach. The participant of this activity will learn by their own hands simple and effective methods of creating management mechanisms for a company.
